Post – doctoral position in chromatin regulation and plant hormone response in Texas

1-2 postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Hong Qiao in the Department
of Molecular Biosciences at University of Texas at Austin (https://sites.cns.utexas.edu/qiaolab).
The Qiao lab utilizes a combination of molecular, genetic, biochemical, proteomic and
genomic approaches to understand the molecular mechanisms histone modifications and
transcriptional regulation in ethylene signaling and stress response. Highly motivated
individuals with strong background in plant genetics, biochemistry and computational
biology with a record of scientific productivity are encouraged to apply. Candidates with
their PhD degrees and strong motivation within two years and one first-authored publication from their PhD work are required. We have a very friendly lab environment,
the individuals with independent thinking and working ability, willing to collaborate with
other members are highly desired.
